You can simply say that ASMR is always there, where you are looking for it, because it is not an object or a plant that you can only find in certain places, but a sensation, a feeling, a phenomenon that can be perceived everywhere.

In nature, on the beach, even in the kitchen at home, you can come across sounds that give you a pleasant feeling. If you don't want to search in your surroundings or if you don't have your favorite sounds nearby, you can of course find them on the Internet.ASMR is represented on numerous platforms: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, Twitter, TikTok, etc. Even on Spotify, SoundCloud and podcast platforms you can find quite a few offers. Some ASMRtists also offer audio files on Amazon.

If you are particularly attentive, you will also be able to notice ASMR in movies and on television. For example, a blonde girl's hair is lovingly brushed while her mother tells her a story in a hushed and relaxed voice, or there is a scene where someone is preparing dinner and the camera shows in a close-up exactly how it is lovingly prepared without anyone talking.

ASMR can be found everywhere these days and is a daily companion for some people, without them really knowing what they are experiencing.

Maybe you just take a closer look at the next walk or the next movie you watch and you will surely be surprised where you will come across ASMR again and again and how complex it is.
